As we begin to grow our business, we are looking for Transaction & Commercial Advisors to join our team in Sydney.

‍

This is an excellent opportunity for career professionals (10+ years’ experience) who are interested in working on complex infrastructure and energy projects to grow and build the business alongside a highly experienced leadership team.

‍

The Role

You will be part of the senior team driving the delivery of transaction, commercial and strategic advisory services for major infrastructure and energy projects.

‍

Typical activities may include:

‍

• Leading the planning and delivery of procurement and transaction processes for complex infrastructure and energy projects
• Managing commercial strategy, packaging and contract development to support successful project outcomes
• Leading client engagement, governance processes and senior stakeholder management across government and private sector projects
• Overseeing procurement documentation, evaluation processes and negotiation activities through to contract award
• Providing strategic commercial advice on project delivery models, risk allocation and market approach
• Leading market engagement activities and helping clients interpret market feedback to inform procurement strategy
• Preparing and reviewing high-quality client reports, decision papers and executive briefings
• Managing multi-disciplinary project teams and contributing to the development of junior team members
• Supporting business development, client relationships and the growth of new advisory opportunities

Skills required

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

‍

• A recent university degree in engineering, economics, finance, commerce, law, construction management or a related field
• More than ten years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in infrastructure sector, including areas such as rail, renewable energy, water or utilities
• Experience working within project management, advisory, commercial or transaction environments
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
