As our team continues to grow, we're looking for exceptional people with experience in rail, rolling stock or major transport infrastructure located in Brisbane.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on nationally significant rail programs alongside some of Australia's most experienced transaction advisors.

‍

About the Roles

‍

You'll work as part of Altamira's team, supporting government and private sector clients to successfully plan, procure and deliver major rail and infrastructure programs.

Typical projects include rolling stock procurement, fleet replacement programs, rail infrastructure, maintenance and operating contracts, network enhancements and other complex transport initiatives.

Depending on your experience, you'll:

‍

• Develop procurement and transaction strategies
• Lead or support market sounding, EOI, ROI and RFP processes
• Prepare procurement documentation and evaluation plans
• Manage tender evaluation and commercial negotiations
• Develop commercial strategies and contract packaging approaches
• Advise clients on delivery models and risk allocation
• Prepare Board papers, executive briefings and decision papers
• Work alongside senior client stakeholders to achieve successful procurement outcomes

Senior Advisors will also lead client engagements, mentor junior team members and support the continued growth of Altamira's Queensland business.

About You

‍

We're particularly interested in people who have experience across rail and transport projects, including:

‍

• Rolling stock procurement
• Passenger or freight rail
• Rail infrastructure
• Fleet acquisition or fleet management
• Rail operations or maintenance
• Major transport programs
• Government procurement and transaction advisory

Senior Advisor

‍

You'll ideally bring:

‍

• 5+  years' experience in transaction management, procurement, commercial or infrastructure advisory
• Experience leading complex procurement or transaction processes
• Rail or major transport project experience
• The ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams

Advisor

‍

You'll ideally bring:

‍

• Graduate to approximately five years' experience
• Exposure to rail, transport or major infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to build a career in transaction and commercial management
