The NSW Government Future Fleet Program is a long-term investment to refurbish and replace more than 1,500 ageing suburban passenger cars, supported by new facilities and network upgrades to strengthen rail operations across the state. Altamira team members have provided principal commercial advisory services across both the Preliminary and Final Business Cases, contributing specialist fleet and rolling stock expertise to shape key investment decisions.
