Steven’s experience spans business case, delivery strategy, market engagement and procurement leadership, with capability across the full lifecycle of complex procurement processes and delivery of projects.
Most recently, he has led significant transaction outcomes including the Marinus Link Cable and Converter packages, as well as major road infrastructure programs such as the Western Harbour Tunnel and North South Corridor, and Future Fleet final business case and transaction demonstrating strong commercial judgement, stakeholder leadership and delivery-focused execution.
Steven has extensive rolling stock experience and has recently provided assurance and accreditation services of new locomotives arriving from the USA, new wagons being delivered from China in addition to plant /equipment used for the construction of railways.
