Our team led the industry engagement process, designing and managing industry workshops, one-on-one consultations, round-table forums and briefing materials to test delivery assumptions and attract informed market feedback. This included oversight of the national market briefing in Newcastle and coordination of stakeholder inputs across Government and industry.
Altamira team members also supported development of the delivery strategy, advising on packaging, procurement and commercial models and industry challenge processes, including management of an international expert review forum. Specialist advice was provided on operations, maintenance and associated facilities, alongside development of the local content and manufacturing strategy for rolling stock. This included analysis of domestic manufacturing capability, supply chain capacity, cost structures and long-term opportunities aligned with national rail manufacturing objectives.
